EyeShutter Studio is a Maternity and Newborn luxury studio catered to make your session an experience. 
My Goal is to make your experience as easy as possible all in one place.

FAQ

When should I book my session?

Maternity and Newborn sessions are best scheduled by your second trimester. This allows us to plan, prepare and guarantee availability. 

Maternity sessions are best done around 26 - 34 weeks, around this time your bump is visibly shown and you are comfortable enough to pose.

Newborn sessions are best done around 5 - 14 days of birth, during this age we can get all the sleepy poses while baby is still flexible. However, we have experience with older babies up-to 2 months. If baby missed the 14 day window please let your photographer know for more information.

How do I book?

If you are ready to book, please contact the photographer to discuss available dates before booking. Once dates are agreed you can book under the investments tab by picking the package of your choice. Fill in your information, pay the deposit and book the session. You will receive a confirmation email and you are all set!

What should I bring to my session?

EyeShutter Studio is a luxury studio that provides everything you need for your newborn session. We have a variety of props, wraps, outfits, bonnets and headbands for your baby. All you need to bring is your diaper bag with essentials like, diapers, wipes, bottles, milk etc. 

For Maternity Sessions and Full Newborn sessions, we provide Hair and Make up services and access to out client closet for mom. We have gowns, body suits, drapes and accessories/jewelry.  We only ask the family come with clothing that complements they style of you choosing. EyeShutter studio will advise what is best to wear for the family. 

I booked now what?

Yay! We are set for a experience!

If, you booked for your newborn session, we ask parents to keep in communication about baby's arrival. Since, baby's can be unpredictable and come early, on time or late  we ask to be notified the next day baby arrives in the case the session date needs to be modified!

When booking a Maternity session, we ask you to arrive 2 hours prior to your scheduled session for HMUA services and to get ready for the session. 

If you have a scheduled maternity sessions and baby arrives before then the deposit can be used towards the newborn session. 

Can I change my date after booking?

When booking a session a Non - refundable deposit is required. EyeShutter Studio understands things happens especially when expecting a new baby. We offer one rescheduled date only per deposit. A new deposit will be required to rescheduled, deposit made the first time will go towards the balance as credit. 

If rescheduled appointment is canceled  both deposits will be forfeited. 

How soon will I receive my pictures?

After your session is done, a unedited proof gallery will be sent in 3 business days from your session date. Once the proof gallery is received you will have to select your images. Once your images are selected there is a 14 business day turn around time from the date you sent your selections. 

Please note, weekends are excluded from business days. 

A $75 rush fee is available to receive final edited images in 72 hours from selection date. 

Will I be able to have all the unedited/raw images?

Eyeshutter Studio takes pride in their final product. Unedited/Raw image are not sold are given at any session. Unedited images are not a true representation to my artistic work and due to copyrights they will not be released. 

Can I purchase more images?

Absolutely!  Once you receive your proof gallery and make your selections, I will receive  your favorites. 
Additional image price is $55/image and the more you buy the lower the rate!
I will discuss rates once the favorites folder is received!
